VideoBiker supported charities
From the outset, the VideoBiker team wanted to acknowledge those who are at the coal face of helping motorcycle riders in situations where the worst has happened. Ultimately, our mission at VideoBiker is to impact positive change and reduce the statistics, but reality is that there will always be statistics and people needing support. Please take a moment to support the following charities, all of whom make a significant difference.
Midlands Air Ambulance Charity
Like other UK air ambulance services, the Midlands Air Ambulance makes an enormous contribution to the motorcycle community through the provision of emergency medical care and fast transport to hospital. In 2015 alone, 126 missions were flown in support of motorcycle riders! [read more]
British Biker Relief Foundation (BBRF)
Run by a dedicated team of volunteers and fundraisers, the British Biker Relief Foundation supports bikers and families following serious road traffic accidents. This support can be practical or financial. It is often offered in fast response and at the time it is most needed. [read more]
Dorset ‘Doctor Bike’ (DocBike) Project
The DocBike project is an innovative approach to rider education. DocBike has mobilised a specialist trauma Doctor (Dr Ian Mew), working alongside local motorcycle police officers and on two wheels, to engage with and educate riders on roadside life saving skills and motorcycle road safety.
