From riding mopeds as a teenager, to the famous Armstrong 500 whilst serving in the military, to the challenges of 16 years engaged as a police motorcyclist – Paul Fletcher brings a much valued ‘professional riders’ eye to the VideoBiker Advisory Panel. Asked about the ‘feeling’ of riding a motorcycle, Paul said, “To ride a motorcycle gives you greater freedom on the road – an altogether different travel experience, compared to the mundane motor car.
On two wheels you are different from the majority of road users and with the variety of motorcycles available you are able to define your individual style within this distinct group.” Mundane was far from Paul’s time as a dispatch rider with the Royal Corps of Transport, where he once clocked up 12,000 miles of desert riding in just four months!
